The main room is roughly 9×9 m (~80 m²) with an indicative capacity of 24-30 seats depending on the setup. It comes with tables and chairs, a TV/projector, an audio system, games and consoles, plus a bar area.

What you need to know

Can I organize my own course or event at EDUCAFE?
Yes — you can use the space for your own course, workshop, training, or event. Pick a date and time on the calendar, send a request, and once we confirm it, the space is yours for the booked time.
How big is the space?
The main room is roughly 9×9 m, about 3.5 m high, with 24-30 seats and 5 tables.
What amenities are available?
The room comes with tables and chairs, a TV/projector, an audio system, games and consoles, plus a bar area, a hallway, 2 restrooms, and storage space.
How is a booking confirmed?
You send a request with the date and time you want. The request does NOT automatically block the space — we confirm it, usually within a few hours, and only then does the slot show as occupied on the calendar.
How do I pay?
We discuss payment details at confirmation. For recurring activities or larger projects, we figure out a fitting arrangement together.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes — write to us as early as possible at contact@educafe.ro or call, and we'll find a solution together.
