Educafe — an afterschool designed with care for every child.
We are a boutique afterschool in Florești, Cluj. We work with children in grades 1–4, in small groups, with a predictable 12:00–17:00 schedule and one core principle: the child comes before the program.
Why Educafe
A place close to home where the child is seen as a person.
Florești is growing fast. Every new building brings more families, more children who, at 13:30, leave school with a full backpack while their parents are still at the office. We built Educafe exactly for this gap: a place close to home where the child is seen as a person, not as a program to check off.
Our difference is not necessarily the curriculum — it's the rhythm. We have small groups, an accessible yard, an optional catered meal, and the unwritten rule that no child leaves here without someone on the team having called them by name at least once that day.

The people behind it
A small team, present alongside the children every day.
We work in a small team, so we get to know every child by name — what they like, when they need space, when they want to talk, and when they just want to read. Every team member is trained to work with children and has up-to-date medical records.
You meet us when you come for a trial day: we walk you through the spaces, answer your questions, and let you meet the people who will spend time with your child. There is always one adult clearly responsible for each group, at every moment of the day.
