At EDUCAFE.

In the morning before school or in the afternoon after classes, kids have a place of their own at EDUCAFE. Before School and Afterschool are two programs built for different moments of the day: in the morning we welcome them and walk them to school, and after classes we pick them up and they spend the afternoon with us.

Before School

Roughly 08:00–12:00

Not every morning has to start in a rush. At EDUCAFE, kids have time to play and ease into the day before we head to school together.

Fix

875 RON/month

5 days/week

Flex

775 RON/month

4 days/week

For a different school, get in touch — we'll see together if a solution works.

After School

Monday–Friday, 12:00–17:00

The bell rings, but the day isn't over. At EDUCAFE there's room for homework, for games, and for the stories that didn't fit into breaks.

775 RON/month

4 days/week

Leaving alone from the program is only allowed with the parent's explicit consent.

FLEX has a 4-day base schedule and can allow one-off swaps — an "unscheduled" day doesn't automatically mean an absence.

Catering is separate from the subscription and is not included in the price.

The kids' experience

Beyond the schedule

A program is more than the hours you arrive and leave. Between homework, games, and breaks, kids have time to discover things, make friends, and enjoy the time spent together.

Questions about the program

What you need to know

What's the difference between Fix and Flex?
Fix means 5 days/week, Flex means 4 days/week with a base schedule. Flex can allow one-off swaps — an "unscheduled" day doesn't automatically mean an absence.
Who takes my child to school in the morning?
You bring them to Educafe in the morning, and we walk them to Școala „Gheorghe Șincai”. For a different school, get in touch so we can see if a solution works.
Can my child leave After School alone?
Only with the parent's explicit consent. Without that consent, the child is handed over only to an adult.
What happens if they miss a day?
Medical absences (with a doctor's note) are eligible up to 5 days/month; beyond that, a 50 RON/day adjustment applies, per the contract terms.
How does it work during "Școala Altfel" or Green Week?
Before School doesn't run during these periods — a separate 50 RON/day discount applies. Official holidays and days off don't generate a discount.
What can I see in the Educafe app?
Your child's attendance, their schedule, relevant information, direct communication with the team, announcements, and, since the latest update, the weekly meal selection.
