How does the free trial day work?
Your child spends a full day in the program at no cost. You see how they feel and how they interact with the team and other children before committing. Schedule the trial day with a simple message.
What does skip months mean for the 6- and 9-month packages?
The 6-month package includes 1 break month (e.g., a month of holiday, illness, or travel); the 9-month annual package includes 3 skip months. Skip months are not billed extra — they're already included in the total price.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we accept bank transfer and card payments. Payment is due by the 5th of the current month.
